Last weekend was truly a good time. It’s so much fun working with a bride and groom when you have more in common than just the wedding. Amanda and Eliseo are one such couple. It’s always a pleasure hanging out with them and taking over coffee.

Hollywood to the Navy

The United States Navy was kind enough to send me on a nice little assignment over the Veterans Day holiday weekend. I had the great pleasure of hanging out with writers, producers and production executives while they toured USS Makin Island (LHD-8) during a Hollywood to the Navy visit aboard Navy Base San Diego. The program, run by the Navy Office of Information West, offers tours of U.S. Navy facilities to members of the entertainment industry.

Laura & Gabriel Wedding

The last time we saw Laura and Gabriel we spent a wonderfully relaxing afternoon enjoying each others company and the beauty of the Los Angeles County Arboretum and Botanic Garden. This time it was not such a peaceful day. It was their wedding day.

Like most wedding days it was full of anticipation, excitement, joy…  and a lot of running around. But amidst all the activity Laura and Gabriel found time to steal precious moments for themselves. Wether they were in the middle of the dance floor or alone in the gazebo it was easy to see the depth of their love.
