Did you ever feel like fate stepped in and fulfilled all your dreams?
We had the genuine pleasure of photographing a wedding that combined a beautiful couple, breath taking views and a cathedral that seems to be formed by a grove of trees. The Wayfarers Chapel was designed by Lloyd Wright, son of legendary architect Frank Lloyd Wright, to be a place of worship that celebrates nature and God. It’s a perfect setting to exchange wedding vows for all of heaven and earth to witness.
Among all the grandeur of this dream wedding; Stacy and Ken were warm, charming and down to earth. Simply put, this elegant loving couple and their families were the perfect complement to this setting.
We wish them a happy, healthy and wealthy life together with lots of children.
Independence Day has always been a special holiday for me. As a child the 4th of July was about family and fireworks but after years in the United States Navy serving over seas my appreciation for this day has matured. It’s true that one or two other holidays can match her grandeur but none can unite our country, communities and families in a single celebration. We gather on beaches, in parks and on the streets in front of our homes to celebrate the birth of a nation founded on equality and freedom.
We celebrate a nation where for the first time, it was decided that man is born with certain God-given rights; that government is only a convenience created and managed by the people, with no powers of its own except those voluntarily granted to it by the people.
We celebrate our Independence… and I still love fireworks!
